Edna, Our Best Friend

	Edna, Our Best Friend ...a living tribute

We bought Edna in November of 2003 when she was about three months old. We had her for about two weeks when she started throwing up. We called the emergency vet, and he told us we could wait or bring her in that night. We took her in that night. At first the vet thought she had swallowed something, but we found out the next day that Edna had Parvo. After about a week at the vets, lots of prayers, and a $450+ vet bill (it was worth every penny) Edna came home. She now weighs 60+ pounds today and is pure muscle. She is a very important part of our family. We are so glad she made it thru her tough times. She is a best friend to our son, Sam as well.
